For dogs who are having a hard time with coming when called. Dogs must have good temperments with no aggression issues due to off leash recalls. Bring favorite toys and soft treats.

Reactive Dogs
For dogs who have problems being around other dogs, have mild aggression issues with other dogs, and need help focusing. This class will teach owners how to handle their dogs when they react negatively to other dogs and can't re-focus their attention. Dogs must remain on leash and a choke collar for the safety of everyone at class. Please call or email instructor if you are not sure if this class is right for your dog.

Breaking Bad Habits
For dogs and owners who have bad habits that need to be corrected in order to live happily together. This class will address jumping, counter surfing, excessive barking, pulling on leash, and nipping/biting.

Private Training
For people who want one on one training for specific issues. Lessons can be done at your home, at Boulder Ridge Kennels, or a public location and are around 1 hour long. Price depends on location.
At Boulder Ridge Kennels: $85/hr includes written lesson plan
At Your Home: $85/hr plus travel time includes written lesson plan
Public Location: $85/hr plus travel time inculdes written lesson plan
In House Training
Dog's come and stay with me for 30 days of intense training. Prior to arrival we will discuss what your goals are for the dog and what can be achieved in 30 days. Training varies from basic obedience, show training, problem behaviors, and competition obedience and rally. If in training for obedience or rally, I will take the dog to a show and put their CD or RN title on them. Entry fees and travel expenses must be paid by the owner. Sometime's dogs take longer than a month to prepare them for a title so if you want your dog to stay for a second month of training the rate is discounted.
30 Days of Training: $600
2nd Month of Training Same Dog: $350
Please fill the Training Contract out and bring it with you when you drop off your dog.
Puppy Socializing and Potty Training
This is for the breeder or owner who doesn't have the time or desire to socialize and potty train their puppies. Socializing is such an important aspect of a young puppies life and if not done correctly will impact the dog as an adult and possibly restrict what the dog is capable of achieving.
Puppies come in and are crate trained in my home, live with my family, attend my dog classes, visit children at the school, go to public functions, and attend dog shows with me if I'm going during their visit here. Puppies are around my children and their friends and socialize and play with other puppies and adult dogs.
30 Days: $250
The best age for socializing and imprinting is 8-16 weeks of age.
Please fill out the
boarding contract and bring it with you when you drop off your puppy.
